1. Years of Rental Agreement
By renting our properties, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit or full payment is required to secure the rental. Payments can be made via booking service you decide to go with. Cancellations must be made a week ahead of the time at which the property was booked.
3. Rental Duration
The rental period starts on the day you check-in and ends on the check out date Late returns may incur additional charges.
4. Use of the Rental
The rental item is to be used solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or prohibited activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Maintenance and Care
The renter is responsible for maintaining the rental item in good condition. Any damages or excessive wear beyond normal use will be the renter’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.
6. Liability and Insurance
The renter assumes all liability for the rental item during the rental period. It is recommended that renters have their own insurance coverage for any potential damages, losses, or accidents.
7. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages or losses during the rental period. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the rental item in the same condition as received.
8. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup services may be available upon request and subject to additional fees. The renter is responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the rental agreement by providing a notice a week in advance. Early termination may be subject to fees or penalties.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate legal channels.
Guests are entitled to a full refund if a cancellation is made at least a week prior to the scheduled arrival date. However, for studio apartments accommodating a maximum of 3 people and two-bedroom apartments allowing a maximum of 5 people, any violation of these occupancy limits may result in the termination of the stay with no refund. It is imperative for guests to notify the landlord at least one week in advance to ensure adherence to these terms and facilitate a smooth refund process.
